 Gun Case re-fitting

Had your stock altered or changed your gun but have an old, original gun case that you want to keep?

Bought a gun case at auction but your gun will not fit?

I will re-fit your gun case to suit the stock alteration or the new gun. It can be a partial fit, or completely new. Your choice of colour of wool cloth to match the original as close as possible.

Gun Case repair and cleaning   

I see old gun cases that cannot be repaired economically but, there are also lots of gun cases that only require some TLC applied with my expertise, to give them a new lease of life.

Cleaning the leather can transform an old tired gun case into one to be proud of. There is no need to continue with a grubby gun case just because it is old. I do not remove any patina from brass hardware, just clean and treat the leather. This service is usually combined with repairs such as stitching or fitting new handle and straps. As you would expect these components are the ones that have the most use, so are the first to fail.

I match leather as close as possible to the original case.
